All pieces purchased via Oscar Piccolo may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

If you would like to return your order please email ciao@oscarpiccolo.com with your order number as well as the reason you no longer wish to keep your piece. All return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Please note that everything should be packaged and returned in original condition. Once the return parcel has been received back in the workshop, you will be refunded the amount paid excluding the initial shipping charges. 

If you received a piece you believe is damaged, please email ciao@oscarpiccolo.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and include your name, order number, a description of the issue as well as a selection of photos. 

Oscar Piccolo reserves the right to deny any request of return, exchange or repair if it is not in line with all of the above.
